Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@zahadihairandwigs.com.au
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Hair products must have all seals intact
  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective 

Refunds

  • •Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • •Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • •Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • •Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item is defective)
  • Exchanges Exchanges for different products or sizes are available subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Services Policy Services rendered (braiding, wig installation, styling) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you're unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zahadihairandwigs.com.au with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, if the order hasn't shipped, a cancellation fee may apply.
